- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Strong critical thinking, effective team management, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
