[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior HR – Global Crypto Exchange (Remote | Focus: North America & Europe)
What we’re looking for:
- We’re not looking for someone with just HR titles at big companies — we need someone who’s actually built hiring pipelines and delivered results in fast-moving teams.
- Proven experience hiring for crypto-native roles: Affiliate Manager, BD, KOL/influencer growth, marketing, ops
- Strong talent access in the U.S. and Canada (required)
- Hands-on ability to drive full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Operates independently and effectively — no résumé-forwarders, no bureaucracy
- We value execution and believe in sharing growth and success with our team.
