Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level HVAC technician roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in compression molding processes, basic HVAC systems troubleshooting, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments including residential and commercial sites, potential exposure to noise and temperature extremes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
