Description
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations, analyzing trends and performance.
- Support sales representatives with training and resources to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales skills, excellent organization skills, and proficiency in sales strategy and management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and assist in sales strategy development.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, standard business hours, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication abilities, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
