Description
- Carpentry: Handle tasks such as door lock installation.
- Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
- Welding: Operate welding machines efficiently and perform welding-related functions as needed.
- Experience in installing electrical like a wall switch, a wall socket is a plus
- Tool Management:
- Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
- Regularly inspect tools and equipment for functionality.
- Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.
Requirements
- At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
- Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications can apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in carpentry, electrician, or welding.
- Proficient in carpentry
- Experience in electrical work or welding is a plus
- Demonstrates a good employment record.
- Flexible, with initiative,
- Can work with less supervision
- Can work with the team
- Knows how to manage time and work pressure.

- Experience in CCTV installation is an advantage.
