Job Description
- Installing tiles, ensuring proper alignment and finishes, and maintaining tools.
- Install a variety of wall and floor tiles using precision techniques.
- Prepare surfaces for tiling, ensuring proper adhesion and alignment.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit around fixtures and corners.
- Mix and apply adhesive and grout according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant tiling experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and understanding of tiling materials.
- Working Conditions: Manual labor in varying environments, including indoors and outdoors.
- Qualities and Traits: Precision-oriented, good time management skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
