Job Description
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide accurate policy quotes and process applications.
- Educate clients on policy features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Handle claims and assist clients through the process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
