Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manages internal audit engagements in accordance with internal audit methodology and/or other applicable standards
• Manages the execution of the audit engagement
• Reviews the working papers for each projects to identify the any opportunities for improvement and ensures that the work performed is in accordance with the internal audit methodology and/or other applicable standards
• Assist in the preparation of a risk-based annual audit plan for the firm.
• Present findings to the business units and update the IA Manager and Chief Internal Auditor of the results.
• Assist in conducting R&Q requirements (i.e. pre acceptance, KYC, AML, Independence check requirements) for prospective or existing clients of Broader Assurance Services (BAS).
• Periodically monitor R&Q requirements for the BAS clients and assist the team in coordinating with firm R&Q for any matters that may need additional consultations.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Internal Auditing.
• Preferably with 4-6 years experience in handling internal audits in other private companies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable dealing with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethics.
• Willingness to go on field in Makati.
