Responsibilities:

• The company provides potential daily data - customers who have viewed the company's cosmetic product ads and voluntarily left their information (name, phone number, etc.).
• Receive the database to advise and persuade customers to make purchases via calls and messages.
• Close sales and confirm customer order details.
• Strive to achieve and exceed the sales targets assigned by the manager, including revenue, confirmed order rate, and upsell/cross-sell performance.

Requirements:

• Laptop or PC in good working condition (upgrades required if the device is slow).
• Noise-cancelling headphones for professional and clear communication with customers.
• Computer mouse in good working condition.
• Stable and reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Discipline in following company rules, procedures, and team guidelines.
• Strong passion for working with customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player. 

Working Hours:

Choose one of the following two shifts:

Shift 1: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with a 30-minute break. 6 sessions/week (Monday – Sunday).

Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM, with a 30-minute break. 6 sessions/week (Monday – Sunday).
