Description
- Process and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper revenue tracking.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and regulations.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be graduate 4yrs of any course
- Preferably with experience in the same field
- Computer literate
