Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in training users on new technologies and software.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field related to Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field are required for this position, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in network/internet troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in using google sheets and forms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Can effectively interact with people from all levels.
- With 5 days working schedule from Monday-Friday.
