• Supports company/employees in resolving technical issues related to devices, connectivity, storage and access. An in-depth understanding of basic computing processes allows you to perform this duty.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware devices.
• Installing new software and collaboration tools.
• Maintaining company assets, such as laptops, computers, storage devices and peripherals.
• Technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance in the following areas

1.      Network infrastructure in Transport Group

2.      IT related equipment assets management (CCTV, PC, Printers, Network terminals, Antennas, Radios and mobile devices.)

3.      IT related softwares mission critical and business critical applications

• Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, BSCpE, BS Comsci or any IT related courses.
• With 1 year experienced in the same Industry
• Comfortable working at great heights and in confined spaces. 
• Software programming skills is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of hardware and software: An interest in the latest technology trends and innovation breakthroughs to stay updated.
• Customer service experience: Prior experience working in customer-facing roles to acquire valuable skills. This can be useful in resolving employee IT related complaints, reporting issues and managing time.
• Knowledgeable in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Systems (Software and Hardware), and Network Infrastructure.
