- Install and configure software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
- Support team in providing technical support and troubleshooting system network issues.
- Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configurations, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Manage data backup and system security operations.
- Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated software.
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
- Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent
- Proven experience as an IT professional or similar role.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency and aptitude in information systems technologies and computer sciences.
- Developing process flow diagrams and system documentation.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Knowledgeable in basic editing or graphic designing using Photoshop, Canva or other editing tools.
