We are seeking a highly motivated IT Operations Officer to oversee and support the company’s IT infrastructure and systems across locations. Based in Boracay, this role will ensure smooth IT operations, covering networking, infrastructure management, applications support, and Gmail administration. The successful candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Networking

• Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity and troubleshoot network performance issues.
• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard company systems and data.
• Provide support for local office hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).

Applications & User Support

• Provide first and second-level support for company applications and systems.
• Support employees in troubleshooting software, email, and productivity tool issues.
• Manage and configure Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.) accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Operations & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
• Provide IT support during company events, meetings, or travel needs.

Travel & Multi-Site Support

• Be primarily based in Boracay, providing on-site IT support.
• Travel occasionally to Manila to support IT operations and infrastructure when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, networking, and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN).
• Experience in managing Google Workspace / Gmail administration.
• Familiarity with basic server and cloud infrastructure management.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
