  • Ensure freshness and authenticity of ingredients.
  • Create new menu items and specials.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cleanliness.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Japanese cuisine.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in cooking techniques, strong customer orientation, keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adherence to kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long hours, and working evenings and weekends.
