Early Stage Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of the company’s CEX data backend to support core business operations.

2. Architect complex payment-related systems with a forward-looking perspective, mastering large-scale distributed system design to ensure quality while considering overall technical costs (development, operation, maintenance, reliability).

3. Engage in technical project planning and review, conduct quality assessments and controls, anticipate issues during system iterations, and drive improvements in team efficiency and development quality.

4. Lead pre-research and tackle technical challenges, resolve critical system issues, and ensure system stability.

5. Write code for core architecture components, train and mentor development engineers, and standardize development processes.

Later Stage Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and innovation of real-time computing systems.

2. Advance the architecture of subsequent trading matching engines (daily traffic in the tens to hundreds of millions).

3. Drive the development of mid-platform components such as rule engines and variable platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 8 years of Java development experience; proficient in Java and related technology stacks.

2. Experience in developing and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, querying, and computation.

3. Experience in large-scale system refactoring; practical implementation experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), mid-platform architectures, and continuous integration is a plus.

4. Strong command of Java technologies and frameworks such as Spring Cloud Alibaba and MyBatis; deep understanding of framework design and implementation principles; familiarity with transactions and distributed transactions.

5. Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ/RocketMQ, with expertise in at least one; knowledge of common middleware such as Skywalking, Apache Cat, and job scheduling platforms.

6. Experience in developing, implementing, and promoting underlying frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments.

7. Knowledgeable about common network issues, with troubleshooting experience and methodologies.

8. Must have experience with large-scale CEX platforms and a strong interest in high-concurrency system development.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Expertise in high-concurrency, high-performance system development.

+ Familiarity with databases; optimization experience is a plus.

+ Experience with real-time computing engines such as Apache Flink preferred; experience with TiDB or TiFlash is a plus.

+ Experience with NoSQL databases such as ClickHouse or Elasticsearch preferred.

+ Innovative mindset, with the ability to proactively research new technologies and implement them in projects.

+ Experience in developing risk control engines is a plus.

+ Experience in developing trading matching engines is a plus.
