Job Description

1. Responsible for the planning, design, development, and optimization of the company's core modules.

2. Understand the requirements of various financial products and grasp the evolution direction of the architecture.

3. Handle industry-leading transaction volumes, ensuring the responsiveness, stability, and reliability of the trading systems.

4. Maintain sensitivity to new technologies and directions, conducting timely understanding and assessment to enhance the technical level of the systems.

Job Requirements

1. A background in STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) is preferred, with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, along with good communication and learning skills.

2. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

3. Familiarity with the principles and design concepts of commonly used open-source middleware such as Redis and Kafka.

4. Extensive experience in code refactoring, with a focus on quality, skilled in refactoring and optimizing code, and capable of guiding peers in code development.

5. Experience in the design and development of medium to large-scale business systems or middleware.

Bonus Points (Not Required)

1. Understanding of architectural design concepts such as event sourcing, CQRS, and event-driven architecture.

2. Familiarity with commonly used middleware in trading systems such as Aeron and SBE.
