1. Achieve project development goals by leading and coordinating the development team to complete all tasks on time and with high quality;

2. Develop project development planning documents, quantify tasks, and allocate them reasonably to the corresponding personnel;

3. Participate in the architectural design and development of the system platform;

4. Guide development team members in the design of technical interfaces and resolve technical issues encountered during development;

5. Track development results and take responsibility for the project.

6. Communicate with operations and assist in addressing deployment issues, and optimize existing server architecture;

7. Maintain existing systems, quickly locate and resolve online issues.

1. Over 1.4 years of Java development experience,

2. Proficient in socket communication, familiar with NIO programming, Netty, etc.;

3. Familiar with K8S; understand the basic concepts and architecture of Kubernetes, master the principles of high availability design in Kubernetes; experienced in using Docker containers, understand the relationship between Kubernetes and Docker;

4. Proficient in Java programming, with a solid foundation in Java, understand the running principles of Java, familiar with JVM, web development, distributed transaction processing, distributed files, caching, message middleware, and other technical principles;

5. Experience with mainstream open-source frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring, Spring Boot, Dubbo, Kafka, Zookeeper, MyBatis, Redis, etc., with a preference for those who have a deep understanding of the source code of open-source frameworks;

6. Familiar with data warehouse ClickHouse and report development;

7. Experience in trading system development is preferred.
