1) Basic Requirements

1. Over 7 years of Java development experience, bachelor's degree or above in a related field of computer technology;

2. Understanding of commonly used Java design patterns and the ability to apply them appropriately;

3. Proficient in using middleware such as Redis, RocketMQ/RabbitMQ;

4. Familiar with daily version development processes and proficient in using tools such as Maven and Git;

5. Good team collaboration spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under significant pressure;

2) Essential Skills

1. Solid foundation in Java backend development with familiarity in Java multithreading technology and Socket programming;

2. Proficient in mainstream Java frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis;

3. Familiar with MySQL database, possessing strong database design skills and some experience in SQL optimization;

1. Experience in related industries such as Internet finance and copy trading is preferred;
