1. Responsible for the construction of the blockchain trading system, focusing on the setup and maintenance of the contract trading system.

2. In line with the company's business development needs, responsible for formulating relevant technical solutions for blockchain business, promoting and assisting partners in project delivery.

3. Improve and optimize the development and testing processes, norms, and standards of the technical team.

4. Integrate foreign exchange/commodity contract for differences, and contract for differences trading systems for US/Hong Kong stocks.

5. Responsible for the establishment, motivation, and training of the product technical team, ensuring proper personnel allocation and coordination, monitoring project progress, formulating corresponding assessments/incentives, and continuously enhancing the quality and efficiency of the team's work.

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, priority given to graduates from 985/211 universities or those with a master's degree or higher;

2. Over 8 years of experience in high-concurrency system design and Java development in the internet sector, with more than 5 years of experience in building and managing technical teams;

3. More than 3 years of research and development experience in financial trading platforms, with at least 1 year serving as the project leader;

4. Background in financial product exchanges, with an in-depth understanding of order matching, contract trading, and contract for difference mechanisms;

5. Proficient in at least one of the mainstream blockchain system development languages such as Go, Java, or C++;
