Trading Risk Control (Senior/Expert, Crypto Exchange)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle risk management of financial products (such as leveraged trading, perpetual contracts, options, and structured products) to ensure stable operation.

2. Formulate and optimize core risk control parameters such as margin rules, liquidation mechanisms, and position limits;

3. Monitor risks to the exchange arising from abnormal market fluctuations;

4. Analyze user trading behavior data to identify abnormal patterns such as malicious high-frequency liquidations and market manipulation.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with over 5 years of experience in derivatives risk control, familiar with the 24/7 characteristics of the cryptocurrency market;

2. Proficient in risk models (VaR, stress testing, Monte Carlo simulation), skilled in using Python/SQL for data analysis;

3. Familiar with exchange liquidation engines and funding rate mechanisms; experience in risk control for market maker collaboration is preferred.
