Description
- Coordinate and assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill set and workload.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of all service activities.
- Ensure that all vehicle service work is carried out to the required standards and customer expectations.
- Provide technical support when necessary and assist in diagnosing issues.
- Monitor the availability of parts and accessories needed for assigned jobs.
- Maintain accurate job records and update systems accordingly.
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are strictly followed.
- Assist in quality checks before vehicle release.
- Identify potential delays or issues and take corrective action.
Requirements
JOB CONTROLLER
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Industrial Technology/Automotive)
- Good Technical Knowledge on Vehicle Parts and Accessories
- Interpersonal Skills
- Keen attention to details
- Good Communication Skills
- Preferably with driver's license res. 2-3
