  • Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Maintain organized and complete financial filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
