 JOB PURPOSE 

The Accounting Staff is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient monitoring of invoices and delivery receipts, including the proper scheduling and facilitation of countering activities with customers through email, and courier.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for monitoring Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
• Schedule and facilitate countering with customers (via email, courier, or/at customer address).
• Scanning, safekeeping, filing, and hard bounding of documents.
• Post counter dates into the Accounting System.
• Generate invoice listing reports from the Accounting System for proper monitoring and submit to concerned users.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in any accounting-related course.
• Open to fresh graduates or those with a business-related degree.
• Proficient in computer use and MS Office Applications.
• Highly organized.
• With an ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and work with minimal supervision.
