Job Description

Our ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts and a solution oriented and be able to manage a team. Ultimately, this person should be able to provide efficient, precise and effective financial management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily transactions of to-date costings
  • Perform audit work
  • Manage collection
  • Prepare payroll
  • Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenue
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports with the external partner
  • Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
  • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures that are aligned with company’s targets
  • Ensure compliance with the law
  • Manage accounting staff


Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related 4-year course
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Must be open to work Monday-Saturdays
  • Preferably with experience working in construction or similar industry
  • With strong background in audit, very analytical and excellent in numbers
  • With at least 3 Year(s) working experience as Finance Supervisor or Manager level
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular and can excellently create reports using spreadsheets, charts and advanced formulas ex Excel
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Knowledge of accounting controls, procedures, and government reportorial requirements
  • Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation
  • Must have good moral character, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure
  • Team management skills and Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
  • Adaptable, flexible and can easily work with different levels in the organization
