Description
- Design and develop training materials (e-learning modules, infographics, videos, slide decks, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
- Assist in the delivery of onboarding programs and other learning sessions
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, both virtual and in-person
- Support the evaluation and improvement of training programs through feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Maintain an organized repository of training materials and documentation
- Stay updated with current trends in learning and development, multimedia design, and technology
- Travel to other branches or locations as required for training deployments
Requirements
- Had a proven background in graphic or video content development either Canva, Photoshop, or any Adobe suites or other related content creation tools.
- Have a strong sense of curiosity and creativity
- Demonstrate a continuous learning attitude
- 8/10 communication skills are acceptable.
- Willing to travel
- It would be a plus factor if the applicant is an IT person with a background in system integration and has the above qualities as well.
