DevOps Engineer – Web3 Startup

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS.

2. Set up CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) to automate testing and deployment processes.

3. Monitor system performance, set up alert mechanisms, and ensure backend services operate smoothly 24/7.

4. Manage blockchain infrastructure, including running full nodes, validator nodes, indexers, and RPC services.

5. Implement and enforce security best practices in cloud and decentralized environments, including but not limited to full use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

6. Diagnose and resolve production environment issues within services and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a security-oriented mindset (e.g., management of confidential information, key rotation, zero trust architecture, etc.).

• Experience with third-party SaaS tool integration (e.g., Okta, Slack, Jira, Notion, etc.).

• Experience in the operation and maintenance of blockchain nodes.

• Familiarity with smart contract development tools.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.

2. Proficiency in English as a working language with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3. Experience with the AWS cloud platform.

4. Mastery of containerization mechanisms and proficiency in containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

5. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code principles and related tools such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.

6. Experience using CI/CD systems (GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).

7. Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, etc.).

8. Understanding of the basic principles of blockchain network infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).
