- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, creative problem solving, and building relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, develop sales strategies, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; occasional travel may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, team player, analytical thinker, and resilient individual.
