Description
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient cooking skills, and knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen, requiring adaptability and teamwork in varying temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: High level of discretion, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
