Daimanzoku is a new Japanese Kushikatsu Izakaya opening in September 2025 in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, under MUGEN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SDN. BHD. We specialize in kushikatsu – crispy, deep-fried skewers – and aim to offer an authentic Osaka street food experience in a vibrant, casual setting. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable Malaysian candidates to join our opening team as Kitchen Staff, Service Crew, or Restaurant Manager.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering great food and excellent service. Whether you’re preparing food in the kitchen, serving guests on the floor, or managing operations, we offer a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and competitive pay ranging from RM2,000 to RM5,000, depending on experience and position. We are looking for Malaysian candidates who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. Applicants should have a strong interest in food preparation and kitchen operations. Basic kitchen experience is preferred, but not required, as training will be provided. Ability to understand instructions in English and Malay is essential; speaking Japanese is a bonus. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow hygiene and safety standards, and be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A positive attitude, teamwork, and discipline are key qualities we value in our kitchen team.
