Job Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support team members during peak hours.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, kitchen hygiene, customer service, discretion, and effective communication. Must pay attention to detail and possess skills in Japanese cooking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, assist customers, and ensure food quality.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, potential for long hours, and teamwork required.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and adaptability are essential.
