  • Assist science teachers in preparing laboratory equipment, chemicals, and instructional materials for experiments and demonstrations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of laboratory facilities.
  • Calibrate and test lab instruments regularly to ensure accurate results.
  • Monitor inventory of lab supplies and request replenishment when needed.
  • Enforce laboratory safety rules and proper waste disposal procedures.
  • Support students during laboratory activities while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
  • Document and maintain records of laboratory activities, inventories, and incident reports.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • With relevant experience in laboratory work (academic or clinical setting preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in laboratory safety standards and chemical handling.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assist in science instruction and explain proper lab techniques to students.
  • Computer literate (basic MS Office; familiarity with digital lab records is a plus).
  • Must be detail-oriented, patient, and able to work with students and teachers.
