Description
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and argue on behalf of clients in court.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate law.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in legal research.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide legal advice, represent clients in court, draft legal documents, and conduct negotiations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional court appearances and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, ethical, dependable, and good interpersonal skills.
