Description
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections, perform installations, manage front office tasks, and respond to charge calls promptly.
- Inspect facilities for safety and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- Assist with repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Document work performed and schedule regular inspections.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required. With NC II
- Experience Level: 1-3 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in commercial and residential electrical systems, use of power and hand tools, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: May involve physically demanding tasks in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess good problem-solving abilities.
