- Lease renewals
- Condition inspection reports
- SOAs
- Monitoring of lease expiry
- Tenant rent payments
- Other paper works (e.g. payment of association dues billing, utility loading)
- Prepare tarpaulins for lease sign
- Other duties may assign by management.
