Description
- Assist the manager with administrative tasks such as preparing the budget, collecting rent, and sending tenant notices.
- Oversee facility upkeep, inspecting and maintaining units, public areas, and grounds.
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork, evaluating applicants, and explaining policies.
- Schedule showings of vacant units, advertise vacancies, and conduct tours.
- Other tasks maybe assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor/College Degree in Property Management or at least business management course
- With at least one year related experience
- Willing to be assigned in Cavite City
- 3 positions available
