Description

  • Maintains a systematic Record-keeping System to reflect updated status of corporate documents of Member Companies
  • Monitors pending corporate applications
  • Provides assistance in filing various pleadings with different courts
  • Assists Legal Counsels in the preparation of documents that require immediate action.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents for and attends to notarial services needed by the Member Companies
  • Act as liaison to the different government agencies.
  • Assists in special projects of the department

Requirements

  • A Graduate of any 4-year course of prelaw undergraduate degree
  • One (1) year of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a law firm preferred
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
