Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Legal Intake Specialist position at Ardent. the role is located in Mandaluyong. The Legal Intake Specialist is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, gathering initial client information, assessing case eligibility, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Client Intake and Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in case management software and other relevant tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
