Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and agreements.
Maintain legal documentation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Coordinate with project teams to identify legal risks in construction projects.
Provide legal support during dispute resolutions.
Assist in corporate governance matters and policy development.
Stay updated on industry-specific legislation and apply it to protect company interests.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting, with exposure to legal research, documentation, and compliance.
Skills and Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high-level analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, efficient time-management, and proven critical thinking skills. Familiarity with handling claims and obligations as well as compliance regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide support to the legal department, draft and review legal documents, ensure compliance with applicable laws, assist in research, and collaborate with legal teams on case management.
Working Conditions: Office setting, requiring long periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional overtime during critical project periods.
