The Liaison Officer is responsible for processing permits, licenses, and related regulatory documents, as well as coordinating and managing transactions with clients. As part of a managed service company, this role serves as a key point of coordination between clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process, follow up, and secure permits, licenses, and clearances from government and regulatory agencies.

* Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding requirements, timelines, and application status.

* Liaise with government offices and third-party institutions to submit, track, and retrieve documents.

* Ensure all client and regulatory requirements are complete, accurate, and compliant.

* Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on ongoing processes.

* Maintain organized records of client transactions, applications, and approvals.

* Perform fieldwork and official errands related to document and permit processing.


Qualifications:

* Preferably college level or graduate.

* Experience as a Liaison Officer or in permit, documentation, or client coordination roles is preferred.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Familiarity with government agencies and compliance processes.

* Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.

* Willing to do fieldwork and travel as required.

* Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
