Description
- Can manage end-to-end processing of various business permits, including new applications, renewals, retirements, ad specific permits such as Sanitary, Fire, CENRO, Signboard, and Liquor Permits
- Assist in daily operations, support team projects, and maintain documentation.
- Handle other permit-related requirements as necessary
- Facilitate the processing and acquisition of the Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)
- Ensure the timely updating and validity of all business-related permits
- Can address and resolve any conflicts or issues related to permits and agreements through effective negotiation
- Willing to do field work
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least college graduate of any related course
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, standard hours with potential for team collaboration.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn, and a team player.
