Job Description
- Acts as a representative on behalf of the organization.
- Prepare documents for submission to different government agencies.
- Renew business permits, fire and safety permits, demolition, building, and occupancy permits.
- Process important documents for land title transfers.
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Welcome Fresh Graduates
- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office and/or Google Suite applications
- Must be willing to extend working hours and work on holidays, weekends, and as needed
- With experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to do occasional fieldwork
