- Prepare and present design proposals, layouts, and material specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all project phases.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and feasibility reports.
- Revise designs based on feedback, budget constraints, or site conditions.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
