Description

  • Stove Cook: is a vital part of thr hot kitchen line.
  • The Stove Cook works closely with the Associate Chef to ensure dishes are prepared on time and up to standard during each service.
  • Grill Cook:to prepare broiled meats, chicken and seafood and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations.
  • Fry Cook: manages the fryer station and responsible for preparing all fried items to golden, crispy perfection.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in hot line cooking, especially in Japanese or ramen-style kitchen.
  • Strong noodle and broth cooking knowledge preferred.
  • Comfortable working with flames, hot surfaces and high-pressure service.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiency
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
