Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of food items.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1 year of relevant cooking experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, self-starter mentality, and effective mise-en-place.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist chefs as needed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long hours, and exposure to heat.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for culinary arts.
