Description

User Retention Strategy Development

Responsible for building the user retention system for the platform/product and formulating retention operation strategies segmented by stages and user groups (such as 7-day retention for new users, re-engagement of dormant users, etc.);

Identify critical points of user churn through data analysis, propose optimization solutions, and drive implementation.

Activity Planning and Execution

Design and execute special activities aimed at retention goals (such as check-in systems, task systems, community operations, etc.);

Plan creative retention activities in conjunction with holidays and trending events to enhance user engagement and activity levels.

Data Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor core metrics related to retention (DAU/WAU/MAU, retention rate, churn rate, etc.) and regularly produce analytical reports;

Continuously optimize retention strategies through A/B testing, user feedback, and other methods.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in internet operations and at least 1 year focused on retention operations or user lifecycle management;

Familiar with retention operation methodologies, sensitive to user behavior data, and able to independently conduct data analysis to drive decision-making;

Possess event planning abilities, with successful case studies demonstrating increased retention rates (specific data must be included in the resume);

Goal-oriented, with strong execution capabilities and cross-team collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retention operations for overseas e-commerce, social media, content communities, or SaaS products;

Familiarity with psychological or behavioral economics theories, with the ability to apply them flexibly in operational strategies;

In-depth research on emerging retention strategies (such as gamification design and membership systems).
