Description

1. Traffic Platform Operation:

• Responsible for traffic acquisition and user conversion on the trading website.

• Master and flexibly apply various operational strategies for traffic platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to achieve precise user inflow.

• Continuously monitor the dynamics and updates of traffic platform strategies to swiftly capitalize on traffic opportunities.

2. User Demand Insight:

• Conduct in-depth research on the behavioral characteristics, needs, and pain points of trading customers to develop targeted traffic acquisition and conversion strategies.

• Monitor and analyze user quality across different traffic channels, optimizing user acquisition pathways.

3. Traffic Conversion Optimization:

• Plan and execute effective user conversion activities, such as promotions, incentive mechanisms, and community interactions, to enhance user retention and engagement.

• Collaborate with the technical team to optimize platform entry points and improve traffic conversion rates.

4. Data Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:

• Regularly track traffic and user behavior data, analyze campaign effectiveness, and formulate improvement plans.

• Adjust promotional strategies based on data feedback to ensure the achievement of traffic and user growth objectives.

5. Creative Activity Planning:

• Flexibly develop traffic growth strategies and plan creative activities to stimulate user interest.

• Proactively identify emerging traffic platforms and potential markets, exploring new growth avenues.

Requirements

1. Professional Background: Preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields; experience in trading industries such as foreign exchange or digital currencies is a plus.

2. Skills Requirements:

• Familiar with various traffic platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) ad strategies and practices.

• Understanding the behavioral characteristics of trading users, familiar with user outreach and conversion paths.

• Data-sensitive with abilities in data analysis and strategy optimization.

3. Personal Traits:

• Optimistic, extroverted, with active thinking and strong teamwork skills.

• Proactive with a strong sense of execution and responsibility.

• Able to quickly learn and adapt to the latest changes in the industry, willing to explore new methods and opportunities.

4. Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in traffic operation or marketing promotion, with experience in traffic operations for trading websites or the financial industry preferred.

• Preference for candidates who have independently planned and executed successful traffic acquisition or user growth cases.
