- Evaluate and process loan applications.
- Assess clients' financial backgrounds and credit history.
- Provide guidance on loan products and terms.
- Support clients through the loan approval process.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and real estate professionals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in consumer lending or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in compliance, client service, and bank transactions, along with strong computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide excellent customer service.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
