Job Title: Local Operational Compliance Expert (2)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Local Operational Compliance Expert to ensure adherence to local standards, guidelines, and regulations within our operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational data, developing performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain compliance and optimize service quality. Experience with public transport operators and service compliance is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze large sets of operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports that track key operational metrics and compliance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with local standards, guidelines, and regulations related to transport industry
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes and procedures to verify compliance.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any identified compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance performance to management.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of compliance activities.
  • Liaise with local regulatory agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational compliance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to navigate and analyze large sets of data to develop performance reports.
  • Strong knowledge of local standards and guidelines related to [Specify industry/area].
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with public transport operators and service compliance.
