Description
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance.
- Train staff on proper machine operation and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in machine maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Stamping, Assembly, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Ultrasonic Welding, and Sheet Metal processes.
- Working Conditions: May involve manual labor in industrial settings, requiring safety gear.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
